Scott brings his invaluable experience and vision to direct the company's investigative.

Scott Israel was the Democratic Nominee for the Sheriff of Broward County and garnered hundreds of thousands of votes during the 2008 Elections.  Scott was a proven leader as Chief of Police for North Bay Village developing successful community policing programs, and his combination of traditional and innovative programs significantly reduced Part One Crimes by 46%, property crimes by 49%, and violent crimes by 28%.

Scott built his career from the ground up advancing from the rank of police officer to executive level command staff and was appointed to Governor Jeb Bush's Southeast Regional Anti-Terrorism Task Force.

While serving the community of Fort Lauderdale as the Fort Lauderdale Police Department Captain, Community Support Captain and SWAT Team Commander, Scott engineered the department's Weapons of Mass Destruction Standard Operating Procedures Manual and instituted inter-agency training throughout the City. Scott's financial management skills were reflected in his oversight of a $7.5 million budget of the Fort Lauderdale Police Department’s overall $70 million budget.

Retired US Secret Service agent and current Regency Consulting co-founder K.
